If you’re looking for a spot close to major Cleveland attractions in a quiet neighborhood for a big group of people, this is the one.

With over 2,000 sq ft of living space and large bedrooms, there’s more than enough space to spread out.

The 4 bed, 2.5 bath house is located in the historic Forest Hills neighborhood of East Cleveland where John D. Rockefeller spent the majority of his summers. The Forest Hills Park and Playground is nearby. You can walk to Starbucks or take an Uber/Lyft to nearby restaurants and shopping (lots of international food nearby, including Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Indian).  The house is in a quiet family area mostly made up of retirees and families. Tree-lined streets and sidewalks make great for evening strolls around this charming neighborhood surrounded by Rockefeller homes. The house is minutes to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve, and other Cleveland destinations. 

The house features a large living and dining room with hardwood floors. Smart TV with Roku hookup in living room.

There’s a first floor office sunroom area with new carpet. Half bathroom on first floor too.

The kitchen comes with all major appliances and cookware and overlooks the backyard. Additional cookware available upon request! Take your meal or coffee on to the screened-in back porch.

4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. Tons of closet space in each room.

Washer and dryer located in basement. Two-car attached garage (great for the winter time!) and tons of driveway space. No extra fee for parking.

A note about our operations during the Covid 19: We do a THOROUGH cleaning of the property before any new tenant arrives, OR if you’re not comfortable with having anyone enter the home before your arrival then give me the heads up and I’ll make sure our staff does not enter beforehand. We’re happy to drop off extra bedding and supplies at the door and will provide self check-in information before your arrival.
