We rent out beautifully decorated, single-family homes in safe, friendly and vibrant neighborhoods throughout the Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights area. All of our homes have hardwood floors, tasteful decorating, and remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with ceramic tile floors and granite counters. Don't worry about cutting the grass- we take care of the lawn and garden. Optional services include fencing and security systems. 

Do you have a pet who needs a little extra obedience training? One of our staff members, Mike Uffman, is a dog trainer. Talk to us about our dog "whispering" services. 

The majority of our homes are close to popular Cleveland work spots, like the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve. If you're from out of town and are not familiar with the area, most of our available property pages provide a video that showcases the surrounding neighborhood and the local attractions. 

What makes Reilly Properties different from other landlords? Unlike traditional landlords who purchased properties but no longer have the means to maintain the home, we have a full staff who can take care of any house problem in a timely manner.
