Kingston Colonial, in Cleveland Heights

Take a look at another one of our Cleveland Heights' properties. This colonial style, three-bedroom house is complete with hardwood floors, a tiled fireplace, a gorgeous living and dining room, and an eat-in kitchen complete with all appliances (stove, fridge, and dishwasher). There is also a basement with a washer and dryer, an attic with lots of storage space, and a detached garage. Don't worry about cutting the grass- we take care of all of the landscaping. 

The backyard is partially fenced in. If you have pets, talk to us about using our dog "whispering" services.  

Just around the corner on Fairmount Blvd is an assortment of shops and cafes. One of our favorite bakeries is On the Rise Cafe (see pictures below). Stop in, grab some coffee, and sample some of the delicious breads and baked goods!

About half a mile away you'll find the Cedar/Lee attractions. Check out great restaurants, like Lopez, Anatolia Cafe and Lemon Grass. You can catch a movie at the independent theater or catch up on reading at the Cleveland Heights Library. 

Like to bike? Cleveland Heights is a very bike-friendly neighborhood. And about five minutes from the Kingston Road home is Shaker Lakes, which features many bike and running trails. Click here to view photos of this great scenic area.
