Welcome to Reilly Properties

We began in 1974 as a general painting company. In subsequent years, we have grown into a residential general contracting firm. We enjoy a very good reputation in the Cleveland area for both quality work and service.

In the last seven years, we have acquired distressed single-family houses and restored them into comfortable, cozy and spacious homes. We rent our properties to families, graduate students and medical professionals. Most houses are located close to University Circle. All have hardwood floors, tasteful decorating, and remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with ceramic tile floors and granite counters. Most of our leases include lawn service. It is our priority to take care of our tenants.
