Looking to share a house with a couple of graduate or medical students? We rent out beautiful Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights homes that are minutes from University Hospitals, the Cleveland Clinic, and Case Western Reserve University and John Carroll University. These homes are close to local hotspots like Coventry, Lee Road, and Shaker Square.

All of our residents undergo a thorough background check. Each tenant pays one sum that includes rent and utilities. The houses are lightly furnished, which includes desks, beds, and dressers. We also provide Wi-Fi Internet, monthly maid service, lawn care, and garage space.
