- pay special attention to flat roofs where ponding water can be a sign of future problems
- install insulation and venting to increase the life of your roof
- repair and/or replace slate or asphalt shingles
- install new roofs and sheathing
- install soffit and ridge venting
- repair flashing around roofs and chimneys
