Over the course of 40 years, Reilly Painting and Contracting has maintained what we call a, “start-up mentality”.

Each day is an opportunity to learn a different, more efficient way to conduct business.
This philosophy is especially important for our office staff.
When you’re working in our office, your tasks may include, data entry within our proprietary finance tracking system, data analysis, filing, taking calls, paying bills and troubleshooting tech.
Office staff might leave the building to attend seminars, rental property walk-throughs, and meetings with investors.
Within all these tasks our staff is encouraged and challenged to think outside the box for better ways to accomplish our goals.
We hold meetings once a week to discuss problems of the week and come up with solutions to those problems.
