Located in Forest Hill on a quiet, family-friendly street is this beautiful Cleveland Heights house for short term rent. The home is a short drive to Coventry and the Cedar Lee area You’re 500 feet from the RTA bus to get downtown, and a 10 minute drive to the Cleveland Clinic, Severance Hall, University Hospitals, the Cleveland Art Museum, and much more.

The home has four bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms  There are gleaming hardwood floors throughout the house. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a bay window, opening to a spacious dining room with access to a three-season porch. The breakfast area lets in loads of light and shows views of the large backyard. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All kitchenware provided.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with an adjoining bedroom that has two twin beds, built-in bookcases, and desk areas. The third bedroom has a queen bed, its own porch, and a bathroom with a tiled shower.

On the second floor, you’ll find an in-law suite with a twin bed and its own full bathroom with a claw foot tub and an overhead shower.

Beds, pillows, sheets, linens, and towels are provided. All bedrooms have dressers and spacious closets.

The home has an attached two-car garage, washer and dryer, a wet bar in the finished basement, a new furnace, and central air.

Pets are allowed. Section 8 not accepted.
